2 ways savory fritters: with tuna and corn, you need to get your hands on this!

INGREDIENTS
Corn fritters:
1 ½ cup corn;
¼ cup scallions;
½ cup cheese, shredded;
2 eggs;
2/3 cup flour;
Salt and pepper.
Tuna fritters:
2 cans tuna, drained;
½ cup flour;
2 eggs;
1 small carrot, chopped;
1 small onion, chopped;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
½ tbsp soy sauce;
Black pepper.
METHOD
Combine ingredients for each type of fritter until smooth batter forms.
Fry about ¼ cup of the batter, forming it into a fritter, for 4-5 minutes (around 2 minutes per side) until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Serve right away with your favorite sauce.
