Easter stuffed pie: you need to get your hands on this!

INGREDIENTS
500 g of flour
500 g of flour
250 ml of water
12 g of yeast
1/2 tbsp salt
80 g butter
6 eggs
salt
pepper
150 g of salami
150 g ham
150 grams of sweet provolone
150 g diced Pecorino cheese
75 g diced Parmesan cheese
30 g Parmesan cheese
METHOD
1. Prepare the pizza dough by mixing the flour with water and yeast inside.
2. Add salt and oil.
3. Knead the dough until you get an ball.
4. Let it rise in a warm place for a couple of hours.
5. Now cook the stuffing, in a large bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper and salami.
6. Add the ham and diced cheeses and mix together.
7. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll out each piece 3 mm thick.
8. Grease the form
9. Cover with a 24 cm dough first disk,
10. Fill with stuffing.
11. Close with another dough and close the edges around the pizza.
12. Grease the surface of the pizza with butter, then bake at 170C/325F for 50 minutes.
13. Let the pizza cool down before removing it from the mold.
