Apple pie with raspberry coulis: not your typical apple pie!

Not your typical apple pie, more delicious and beautiful!

INGREDIENTS
1 pie crust
1 serving custard
100 ml raspberry coulis
5 green apples
 
METHOD
  1. Place the pie crust in a baking tart form.
  2. Add custard. Cover with raspberry coolie.
  3. Cut the baking paper into a circle, the size of a baking pan, and cut this circle into 4 strips of equal width. Place the strips on the coulis.
  4. Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut each half into thin slices.
  5. Remove one of the strips of baking paper and place the apple slices, alternating sides and placing the apple slices back to back.
  6. Repeat the operation under each strip of paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
