Apple pie with raspberry coulis: not your typical apple pie!

Not your typical apple pie, more delicious and beautiful!
INGREDIENTS

1 pie crust
1 serving custard
100 ml raspberry coulis
5 green apples
METHOD
- Place the pie crust in a baking tart form.
- Add custard. Cover with raspberry coolie.
- Cut the baking paper into a circle, the size of a baking pan, and cut this circle into 4 strips of equal width. Place the strips on the coulis.
- Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut each half into thin slices.
- Remove one of the strips of baking paper and place the apple slices, alternating sides and placing the apple slices back to back.
- Repeat the operation under each strip of paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
