Apple pie with caramel

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour;
1/3 cup sugar;
1 tsp baking powder;
3 eggs;
1/3 cup vegetable oil;
1/3 cup milk;
2 tbsp butter;
1 cup dulce de leche;
1 green apple, peeled, cored, sliced.
Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Put a layer of parchment on the bottom of your pie dish.
Mix dry ingredients first: flour, sugar and baking powder. Add liquids: 3 eggs, milk, vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
Melt butter over medium-low heat, add dulce de leche and mix together. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Lay apple slices on the bottom of your baking dish. Pour dulce de leche on top and cover everything with batter.
Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool down for 15-20 minutes, flip the pan and remove the pie. Serve warm with some vanilla ice cream.
