Caramel apple jello shot

Ingredients:
3 tbsp lemon juice 5 apples
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup caramel sauce
10g gelatin powder
1 cup vodka

Method:
Cut the apples in half, scoop out the inside of them.
Brush the apples with lemon juice onto.
Mix gelatin powder with some water.
Add caramel sauce and continue to whisk. Sprinkle gelatin onto blend smoothly and allow to sit for 2 minutes.
Heat caramel sauce, water and gelatin over low heat until gelatin is totally dissolved.
Let mixture cool and add vodka.
Fill each apple cup with caramel jello mixture.
Chill for 3 hours.
