Ingredients
1 batch shortbread
10oz custard cream
3 apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
Method
Cover a rectangular cake tin with shortbread and add custard cream.
Cover a rectangular cake tin with shortbread and add custard cream.
Add some chopped apples and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 350°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
Serve with caramel and a ball of ice-cream
