Baked apples

Ingredients:
3 apples;
½ cup raisins;
½ cup hazelnuts;
zest and juice of one orange;
3 tbsp honey.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the top quarter of the apple and remove the insides to make an apple cup.
Fill each cup with raisins, hazelnuts and orange zest. Pour 1 tbsp of orange juice into each “cup”. Add honey and cover with an apple top.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with a spoon of cream and caramel sauce.
