Invisible apple cake

Ingredients
1 kg golden apples
70g flour
50g brown sugar
20g of butter
100ml milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
juice of 1 lemon
almond flakes
powdered sugar

Method
Whisk the eggs with sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Whisk the eggs with sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Then add flour and baking powder, mix until combined. Add milk and batter.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into very thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add the apples to the dough and mix them well and gently so as not to break them.
Transfer apple mixture into baking form and sprinkle with almond flakes
Bake at 190°C/375°C for about 40minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
