1000-layer apples cake: beautiful, fragrant and delicious!

The best apple cake you've ever tried!

INGREDIENTS
1kg (8.4 cups) apples
5 eggs
110g (0.8 cup) flour
a pinch of salt
90g (0.4 cup) sugar
30g (2 tbsp) melted butter
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
2 lemons (juice and zest)
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder
Almonds
Powdered sugar
Caramel
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the apples, then grate them thinly. Cut a few apples into slices to coat the surface of the cake. Sprinkle the apples with fresh lemon juice and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar. Add lemon zest, salt and continue to stir. Add lemon juice, butter and milk.
  3. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder. When everything is whipped, pour it into a bowl with apples, and then into a mold lined with baking paper.
  4. Arrange apples on the surface and sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes
  6. You can sprinkle apple cake with caramel sauce or powdered sugar.
