Pumpkin and apple pie: the soft and fragrant seasonal recipe!

You only need a few staple ingredients to make a fragrant cake that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
80ml (1/2 cup) oil
30ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice
250g (3/4 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
200g (1 1/2 cup) pumpkin
2 apples
Powdered sugar
METHOD
A pinch of salt
150g (3/4 cup) sugar

METHOD
- Grate the pumpkin and cut the apples into small slices.
- In a bowl put the eggs, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Whisk it and add oil and lemon juice. Add flour and baking powder. Mix it and add pumpkin and apples.
- Mix it and pour the mixture into a pan. Decorate with apple slices.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and serve.
