Apple crumb pie: super fragrant and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
240g (1 ⅞ cup) all-purpose flour;
70g (¾ cup) sugar;
¼ tsp salt;
⅓ tsp baking powder;
1 tsp vanilla sugar;
70g (⅝ cup) butter;
1 egg;
240g (1 cup) yogurt;
200g (¾ cup) condensed milk;
2 eggs;
2 apples, cored, sliced;
80g (½ cup) raisins;
50g (1//2 cup) chocolate chips.
METHOD
  1. Whisk flour with sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add 1 egg and cold cubbed butter. Work the mixture together with your hands until crumbs form.
  3. Spread half of the crumbs on the bottom of the 20 cm baking pan.
  4. Whisk yogurt with 2 eggs and condensed milk, add raisins and apples, mix.
  5. Pour the filling on top of the crumb base and sprinkle chocolate on top. Add another half of the crumbs and bake at 180°C/350°F for 40 minutes.
