Apple pie: the result is beautiful and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
salt
80 gr sugar
250 ml warm milk
80 ml oil
10 gr yeast
500 gr flour
 
Prepare cream:
250 gr Cottage cheese
50 gr cream cheese
1 instant gelatin
50 gr of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 vanilla sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix the dough preparation ingredients in this order: eggs, salt, sugar, warm milk, oil, yeast, flour and let stand for 1 hour. Once it is spaced, knead the dough and divide it into two. Then mix two balls and cover them with transparencies for 15 minutes. Roll one ball to a circumference of 25 cm.
  2.  Combine all the counters. Cut the apples into leaves. Coat stretch dough with cream and line apples. Then use the rest of the dough for further preparation, as in the video. Coat the egg yolk and milk pie and bake at 170 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
