Cherry pie: beautiful and delicious!

An easy dessert to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
Crust:

350g (2 cups) Flour
100g Butter
45g (3 tbsp) Sugar
50g (3 tbsp) Sour cream
2 Egg yolks
A pinch of salt
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder
Jam:
150g (1 cup) Cherries
10g (1 tbsp) Starch
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
60ml (¼ cup) Water
70g (1/3 cup) Sugar
Filling:
600g (3 cups) Cream cheese
2 Egg whites
100g (½ cup) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
METHOD

Jam:

10g (1 tbsp) Starch
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
60ml (¼ cup) Water

Filling:
600g (3 cups) Cream cheese
2 Egg whites
100g (½ cup) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
METHOD
- For the crust: In a bowl put the flour and grate butter on it. In a smaller bowl add egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, salt, baking powder, and mix. Add it to flour and butter. Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For the jam: In a pot add cherries, sugar, water, starch, and butter. Place it on heat and stir for 5 minutes.
- For filling: In a bowl add cream cheese, sugar, egg whites, and vanilla sugar. Mix it well.
- In a pan grate the dough and press it to make a shape. Add only cherries from the jam and pour the filling onto them. The rest of the jam is put on top using a piping bag.
- With a chopstick make decorations and bake the pie on 360F/180C for 40 minutes. Cut and serve.
