Rolled pie with cherries: here are all the tips on how to make it perfect!

INGREDIENTS

200g (1 cup) of solid cherries
450g (3.5 cups) flour 00
90g (0.4 cup) brown sugar
7g (½ tbsp) baking powder
Grated rind of 1 lemon
220g (0.8 cup) of white Greek yogurt
150g (0.6 cup) of cold butter
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
METHOD
- Peel the cherries. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest, yogurt, as well as butter, and then knead a fine dough.
- Roll out the dough, then cut strips 6 cm wide. Arrange the cherries in the middle of the strip, sprinkle them with sugar. Combine the dough and roll in a baking tray.
- Bake the pie at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes
