Apple pie: delicious and easy to prepare!

A delicious cake with fresh apples that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
For the shortcrust pastry:
2 eggs;
70g (3 ½ tbsp) of sugar;
15g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar;
100ml (6 tbsp) of vegetable oil;
180g (1 ½ cups) of all-purpose flour;
For the custard:
2 eggs;
40g (3 ½ tbsp) sugar;
15g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar;
260ml (1 cup) of milk;
40g flour
2 apples;
Lemon juice;
Apricot jam.
METHOD
- To prepare the shortcrust pastry: Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the vegetable oil, half-sifted flour a little at a time, and mix well. Knead to prepare a compact dough.
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry in the circular mold.
- To prepare the custard: pour the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, remaining flour into the saucepan and mix. Put the saucepan on the stove and stir until the cream is nice and compact.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and season with lemon juice.
- Pour the cream on the shortcrust pastry and place the apple slices forming a rose in the center.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
- Brush the apricot jam on the cake.
