Apple pie: the classic recipe that is very easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
For the cream:
30g (2 tbsp) of sugar
30g (3 1/4 tbsp) of cornstarch
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) of milk
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of butter

For the batter:
1 egg
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
60ml (1/4 cup) of seed oil
60g (1/4 cup) of plain yogurt
60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
170g (3/4 cup) of milk
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
1 egg
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
60ml (1/4 cup) of seed oil
60g (1/4 cup) of plain yogurt
60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
170g (3/4 cup) of milk
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
For top layer:
2 apples
Raisins
Sugar
Honey

METHOD
- In a pot add sugar, corn starch, egg, milk to the pot and mix well. Transfer to a burner, add vanilla sugar, and stir until the filling thickens. Finally, add the butter and mix everything well.
- In a bowl, add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and mix well. Add seed oil, milk, yogurt, and stir again. Sift flour and baking powder over the bowl and mix well until the dough thickens.
- Transfer the dough to a fireproof baking dish, spread evenly, and spread the cream on top.
- Cut the apples into slices and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with raisins and sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes and brush with honey.
