Stuffed apple cake: the result is so beautiful!

It’s impressive good looks and fabulous flavor belie the simplicity with which it is made.
 
INGREDIENTS
Flour 300 g
Soft butter 200 g
Egg 3
Sour cream 400 g
Egg yolk 1
Sugar 40 g
Lemon zest to taste
Amaretto 100 ml
Powder pudding 1 pack
Icing sugar 150 g
Almond flour 200 g
Apple 7
Cinnamon sticks 4
Almond slices
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix the flour with butter and egg with your hands.
  2. Spread the dough into the baking pan, make a holes with a fork.
  3. Bake at 175’C ( 347’ F) for 20 minutes.
  4. In another bowl beat together sour cream with eggs, egg yolk, half of amaretto, lemon zest, sugar and pudding.
  5. In another bowl mix almond flour with flour and the rest of amaretto.
  6. Clean the apples and make a whole inside, put almond mixture inside and put cinnamon stick into it.
  7. Pour the liquid into the prepared dough and put all apples into it.
  8. Sprinkle with almond slices.
  9. Bake at 170’ C (338 ‘ F ) for 50 minutes.
