Stuffed apple cake: the result is so beautiful!

It’s impressive good looks and fabulous flavor belie the simplicity with which it is made.
INGREDIENTS
Flour 300 g
Soft butter 200 g
Egg 3
Sour cream 400 g
Egg yolk 1
Sugar 40 g
Lemon zest to taste
Amaretto 100 ml
Powder pudding 1 pack
Icing sugar 150 g
Almond flour 200 g
Apple 7
Cinnamon sticks 4
Almond slices
METHOD
- In a bowl mix the flour with butter and egg with your hands.
- Spread the dough into the baking pan, make a holes with a fork.
- Bake at 175’C ( 347’ F) for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl beat together sour cream with eggs, egg yolk, half of amaretto, lemon zest, sugar and pudding.
- In another bowl mix almond flour with flour and the rest of amaretto.
- Clean the apples and make a whole inside, put almond mixture inside and put cinnamon stick into it.
- Pour the liquid into the prepared dough and put all apples into it.
- Sprinkle with almond slices.
- Bake at 170’ C (338 ‘ F ) for 50 minutes.
