Blended apple pie: a soft cake to try!

Blend all the ingredients and make a delicious cake in no-time! 

INGREDIENTS
2 Apples
Oil – 160 ml
3 Eggs
Sugar – 200 g
Flour – 250 g
Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon – 1 Tsp
 
METHOD
  1. Chop the apples and add them to blender. Blend it a little bit then add oil and continue blending.
  2. In large bowl add sugar and eggs and mix it. Pour blended apples and add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix it and pour in mold covered with butter and flour.
  3. Bake at 360°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve and decorate with icing sugar.
