Sponge cake pie: taste two desserts in one!

Pour the cake batter over the pie crust! The final result is a unique twist on a classic dessert!
INGREDIENTS
for the pie crust:
1 egg
120g sugar
salt
100g butter
300g flour
for the pie crust:

sponge cake batter
custard
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the pie crust by combining the eggs, sugar, salt and butter. If the butter is too hard, try grating it into the mixture.
2. Lastly, gradually add the flour and a pinch of baking powder (if you prefer a fluffier crust).
3. Roll out the dough and lay it into a pie dish, and then pour the cake batter over it.
4. Garnish with the custard.
5. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C for 30/35 minutes.
6. Let it cool before serving.
