Blueberry Pie: an amazing dessert!

Ingredients:

2 pie crusts
3 cups blueberries
100g sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon zest

PREPARATION
Mix the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and lemon zest.
Cut one pie crust into strips
Place second pie crust in a baking sheet.
Place blueberry mixture into the crust.
Bake for 35 min at 400°F/200˚C
Serve warm with ice cream
