Baked greek yogurt pie: easy to make and super tasty!

A brilliant way to make an amazing dessert!
INGREDIENTS
for the pie crust:
1 egg
20g Greek yogurt
170g butter
100g sugar
400g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
for the filling:
strawberry jam
METHOD
1. Make the pie crust by combining the eggs and butter, then add the sugar, flour and baking powder. Once the dough has formed, refrigerate for 60 minutes.
2. Put the jam on the pie crust then grate the remaining dough.
3. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
4. Let it cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
