Yogurt fritters: easy, tasty and delicious!

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 egg
 • 5 tbsp yogurt
 • 1 tbsp vinegar
 • 1 tsp  soda
 • 250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
 • oil
 • 4 tbsp starch
 • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
 
METHOD:
  1. Mix egg and yogurt. 
  2. Mix baking soda with vinegar and pour into egg mixture. 
  3. Add flour and knead the dough.
  4. Pour starch on the surface of the table. Form the pancakes. 
  5. Fry in hot oil.
