Yogurt fluffy fritters: you will love them!

Super easy to make and so fluffy, you'll love the result!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/5 cup) yogurt
500g (4 cups) flour
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
45g (3 tbsp) oil
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
2g (½ tsp) salt
1 egg
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Pour yogurt, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, soda, oil into a bowl. Mix. Add flour gradually. Knead the dough. Leave to rise for 60 min.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  3. Cut the dough and bake in hot oil.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
