Fluffy veggies fritters: how to make them with a plastic bottle!

Here's a fun way to recycle a plastic bottle!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 boiled potatoes
• ½ cup boiled carrots
• ½ cup corn
• ½ cup green onions
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil
• 4 tbsp cornstarch
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the potatoes. Add all ingredients. Mix.
  2. Put the mixture in a bottle.
  3. Using a bottle, squeeze fritters into the hot oil. Deep-fry.
