How to make fluffy dorayaki with a bottle!

INGREDIENTS
• 240g flour
• 150g icing sugar
• 3g Baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 20g honey
• 180ml water
• Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. Pour the flour, icing sugar and baking powder into the bottle. Close the bottle cap and mix the powders quickly.
  2. Add eggs, honey and water. Close the bottle shake for 1 minute. The ingredients should be well mixed.
  3. Now, grease a non-stick baking tray, and then heat it on the stove.
  4. Pour a little dough into a hot pan. Prepare the dorayaki, turn them over on the other side.
  5. When the Dorayaki are ready, put them in half a hazelnut cream, and then close them like a sandwich with the remaining Dorayakis.
