How to make fluffy dorayaki with a bottle!

INGREDIENTS
• 240g flour
• 150g icing sugar
• 3g Baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 20g honey
• 180ml water
• Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Pour the flour, icing sugar and baking powder into the bottle. Close the bottle cap and mix the powders quickly.
- Add eggs, honey and water. Close the bottle shake for 1 minute. The ingredients should be well mixed.
- Now, grease a non-stick baking tray, and then heat it on the stove.
- Pour a little dough into a hot pan. Prepare the dorayaki, turn them over on the other side.
- When the Dorayaki are ready, put them in half a hazelnut cream, and then close them like a sandwich with the remaining Dorayakis.
