Spiral fritters: an alternative way to make them!

This method is genius!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp vinegar
120ml (1/2 cup) warm water
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp ground anise and fennel mixture
1 tbsp ground sesame
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp semolina
240ml (1 cup) warm milk
Pinch of salt
20ml olive oil
200g (1 1/4 cup) Flour
Powdered sugar
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together except the icing sugar and hazelnut cream.
- Make holes in the plastic bottle cap, filled with the prepared mixture.
- Pour some mixture in the hot oil making the circles. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with hazelnut cream.
