Potato spirals: a unique way to serve up potatoes!

INGREDIENTS
1 2/3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
INGREDIENTS
1 2/3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 egg, beaten ⠀
2 tbsp potato starch
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt ⠀
Pepper ⠀
3 tbsp milk ⠀
Oil for frying ⠀
METHOD⠀
Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash it.
Add beaten egg, potato starch, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and milk, mix well.
Put the potato mixture in a pastry bag.
Heat oil to 180°C. Add the potato mixture into the hot oil forming a spiral. ⠀
Fry until golden brown.
