The most unique way to fry a potato!

INGREDIENTS
2 large potatoes;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
- Slice potatoes to make a rectangle.
- Cut each potato into 3-4 pieces lengthwise.
- Secure two skewers on both sides of a potato slice with your hand. With your other hand make crosswise cuts all the way up to the skewer (don’t cut the potato through!).
- When you are done, flip the potato on the other side and make diagonal cuts on it.
- Place two forks on both ends on a potato slice and stretch it out. Fry until the potato fan secures its shape, then remove forks and cook until golden ( around 5-6 minutes total).
