Fried tornado potatoes: how the make the most amazing street food at home!

How to make homemade crispy baked tornado potatoes only using a knife!

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
30g (1/4 cup) flour (all purpose)
30g (1/4 cup) cornstarch
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
120ml (1/2 cup) water
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. String the potatoes on a skewer. Cut into a spiral. Dip in water.
  2. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, water to the flour and mix. Roll potato spirals in this mixture. Deep-fry.
