This fruity homemade strawberry jam recipe shows you how to make strawberry jam at home, and it's easier than you might expect it to be!
INGREDIENTS
500g strawberries
250g sugar

lemon juice
METHOD
1. Wash the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.
2. Put them in a pan with sugar, lemon juice, and some lemon zest.
3. Let it cook for 30/40 minutes, or until it has become thick.
4. Pour the jam into a sterilized jar, close it tight and flip over the jar to vacuum-seal it.
