Strawberry croissants: fluffy and easy to make!

They will be a family-favorite!
INGREDIENTS
650g flour
200g butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
250g of milk
1 tsp salt
11g dry yeast (30-33g fresh)
200g nuts and 150g strawberry jam
METHOD
- To prepare the dough, it is necessary to heat the milk, add the yeast and sugar, and then stir. Then add eggs and butter to the mix, stirring again and sifting through adding flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the fine dough and let stand until 4h.
- Up to 16 croissants can be made from this amount of dough.
- Prepare a filling of 200g nuts and 100g strawberry jam.
- When the dough comes in, split it into two pieces, then halve each into 8 pieces or as much as you like, depending on how many croissants you want.
- Roll the dough into balls, cover with foil for 15 minutes. Then spread each ball into a rectangle, fill with walnut and marmalade stuffing, and dip by the procedure from the Veda.
- Coat the croissants with egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk.
- Bake for 180 degrees, 13 minutes.
