Jam pie with strawberries: the secret to make it perfect!

This dessert is a must-try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
400g flour
200g butter
2 eggs
60g sugar
1 tbsp cold milk
10g of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Vanillin
450g of jam
 
For the lubrication:
1 yolk
1 tsp milk
 
METHOD
  1. Mix the dough, add the baking powder and vanilla sugar to the flour, then butter and combine with your hands. Add eggs, sugar, milk and salt. Put the dough in a bag and let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts. Draw a larger circle, mark the inside of the circle, and cut the small fringes around with which to braid.
  3. When you have knit the braid, put the jam inside, then make the rest of the dough for the pie.
  4. Bake at 170 degrees, 30 minutes.
