Jam pie with strawberries: the secret to make it perfect!

This dessert is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
400g flour
200g butter
2 eggs
60g sugar
1 tbsp cold milk
10g of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Vanillin
450g of jam
For the lubrication:
1 yolk
1 tsp milk
METHOD
- Mix the dough, add the baking powder and vanilla sugar to the flour, then butter and combine with your hands. Add eggs, sugar, milk and salt. Put the dough in a bag and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Draw a larger circle, mark the inside of the circle, and cut the small fringes around with which to braid.
- When you have knit the braid, put the jam inside, then make the rest of the dough for the pie.
- Bake at 170 degrees, 30 minutes.
