Pastry rolls with jam: perfect for a tasty break!

Perfect for a delicious breakfast or snack! Forget the usual pie.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour
3 eggs
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
6g (1 tsp) baking powder
100ml (0.45 cup) vegetable oil
Strawberry jam
Milk
METHOD
- Stir eggs and sugar, add oil, then flour and baking powder. Knead a fine dough and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Premix the dough and divide it into 12 parts. Roll out each piece of dough on a strip and coat with strawberry jam.
- Arrange the rolls in muffin baskets and arrange in a muffin tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes.
- Coat the rolls with milk.
