Pastry rolls with jam: perfect for a tasty break!

Perfect for a delicious breakfast or snack! Forget the usual pie.

INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour
3 eggs
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
6g (1 tsp) baking powder
100ml (0.45 cup) vegetable oil
Strawberry jam
Milk
 
METHOD
  1. Stir eggs and sugar, add oil, then flour and baking powder. Knead a fine dough and let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Premix the dough and divide it into 12 parts. Roll out each piece of dough on a strip and coat with strawberry jam.
  3. Arrange the rolls in muffin baskets and arrange in a muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes.
  5. Coat the rolls with milk.
