American biscuits recipe: easy and delicious to make!

Very easy to prepare and fast to bake. Delicious with jam or cream cheese!
Here's the traditional recipe to make them in a few steps:
INGREDIENTS
440g flour
salt
100g butter
4 tsp baking powder
100ml milk
130g greek yogurt

METHOD
1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, the salt and the butter.
2. Then add the buttermilk or the milk mixed with yogurt.
3. Make a soft dough and cut out biscuits.
4. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180°.
5. Brush with melted butter once they come out of the oven.
6. Serve warm with jam.
