INGREDIENTS

METHOD
- For baking biscuits, we need to prepare 6-7 sheets of baking paper with a size of 15x15 cm. On the reverse side of the sheet, draw a circle with a diameter of 12-13 cm.
- While putting the leaves aside and preparing the biscuit dough.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and increasing the speed of the mixer, to the rice mass.
- Beat it up to such a state - the trace of the test should not drain immediately, it should remain visible for about 10 seconds.
- Lastly, we mix the flour into the dough. We knead with a spatula, using neat folding movements to maximize volume.
