Pancakes cannoli: a delicious treat to try now!

Easy and delicious, the whole family will love this treat! 
 
INGREDIENTS
For the pancakes:
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
30 ml (2 tbsp) milk
30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
10 g (1 1/2 tbsp) sugar (for egg yolks)
60 g (1/4 cup) sugar (for egg whites)
40 g (1/3 cup) flour
 
For the filling:
250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
6 strawberries, cut into quarters
 
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
Melted milk chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. In a mixing bowl combine milk, vegetable oil, sugar and stir to emulsify.
    Add egg yolks and mix well.
  2. Sift flour into the same bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl whip egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add 60 g of sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Transfer egg whites into the bowl with egg yolks and fold till incorporated.
    Preheat the oven to 180C/360F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  5. Add batter to the piping bag, pipe 6 pancakes onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
  6. In a bowl, whip cream with sugar and transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
  7. Stuff each pancake cannoli with a layer of whipped cream, add 2-3 strawberry quarters and pipe another layer of cream.
  8. Top each cannoli with 2 more strawberry quarters.
  9. Decorate with some powdered sugar and molted milk chocolate.
