Homemade brioche cannoli: a sweet treat that the whole family will love!

The crispy shell and creamy sweet filling are nearly irresistible! This recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)

120ml (½ cup) warm milk

120ml (1/2 cup) warm water

7g dry yeast

2 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp oil

½ tsp baking powder

10g vanilla sugar

1 tsp vinegar

Salt

200ml (4/5 cup) cream

200g custard

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Roll out the dough into cakes, cut into strips and form cannoli. Let rise for 30 minutes. Deep-fry. Dip in sugar.
Prepare cream and fill cannoli.
