Pandoro cannoli: an easy delicacy that everyone will love

Here's how to make a tasty treat with the Italian pandoro! 
 
INGREDIENTS
½ large pandoro;
Butter;
300g (1 ½ cup) ricotta;
50g (¼ cup) sugar;
40g (⅓ cup) chocolate chips;
Powdered sugar for decoration.
METHOD
  1. Slice pandoro into rounds and cut each round in half.
    Roll each half with a rolling pin.
  2. Place pandoro pieces on a pan with some butter and cook for around a minute per side or until golden.
  3. Wrap each slice around the cannoli tube and set it aside to cool down completely.
  4. Mix ricotta with sugar and pass it through a sieve to make the mixture smooth. Add chocolate chips in.
  5. Remove cannoli from the tubes.
  6. Pipe ricotta cream into each tube to fill it. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
