Pandoro cannoli: an easy delicacy that everyone will love

Here's how to make a tasty treat with the Italian pandoro!
INGREDIENTS
½ large pandoro;
Butter;
300g (1 ½ cup) ricotta;
50g (¼ cup) sugar;
40g (⅓ cup) chocolate chips;
Powdered sugar for decoration.

METHOD
- Slice pandoro into rounds and cut each round in half.
Roll each half with a rolling pin. - Place pandoro pieces on a pan with some butter and cook for around a minute per side or until golden.
- Wrap each slice around the cannoli tube and set it aside to cool down completely.
- Mix ricotta with sugar and pass it through a sieve to make the mixture smooth. Add chocolate chips in.
- Remove cannoli from the tubes.
- Pipe ricotta cream into each tube to fill it. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
