Pandoro zuccotto: the greedy solution to recycle your pandoro!

INGREDIENTS
1 pandoro;
120ml (½ cup) milk;
500g (2 cups) mascarpone;
3 egg yolks;
120g (½ cup) sugar.
Hazelnuts grain

METHOD
- Slice pandoro into rounds, then slice all of the rounds, except for the biggest and the smallest one, into pieces as shown in the video.
- Layer a large bowl with plastic wrap and place the smallest circle on the bottom. Layer small pieces of pandoro around the bowl to cover it completely. Soak in milk.
- Beat mascarpone with yolks and sugar. Pour the cream into the cake in a bowl and cover with the largest pandoro slice.
- Soak it with milk, cover in plastic, and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
