Pandoro roll-ups: a tasty way to use up leftover pandoro!

Perfect for breakfast or dessert, here’s a great way to use up leftover Pandoro!
INGREDIENTS
pandoro
hazelnut spread
powdered sugar
pandoro

1 egg
100ml milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Flatten a slice of pandoro and fill it with hazelnut spread.
2. Roll them up and refrigerate them for at least one hour.
3. Beat the egg and add the milk. Dip the rolls in this mixture and then cook them in a pan.
4. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
