Ice cream cake: here’s a great way to use up leftover Pandoro!

Every slice is pure delight!INGREDIENTS
pandoro
1kg ice cream
plastic wrap
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Cover a bowl with plastic wrap. Place the sliced pandoro close to each other and press them down.
2. Fill with your favorite ice cream and cover with more slices of pandoro.
3. Freeze for one hour. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
