Pudding apple cake: a delicacy that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
10 tbsp sugar ( for syrup )
8 eggs
1 liter of milk
200 g sugar
2 tsp vanilla
6 apples
50 ml of water
20 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon
For the biscuit:
4 eggs
40 g sugar
25 g flour
15 g cocoa powder
METHOD
- In a saucepan add sugar and melt it. Pour it into the pan for cake. In another pan add butter, sliced apples and cinnamon.
- Transfer apples to the pan for cake. In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and vanilla, add in milk and beat again. Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 180 ' C ( 356 ' F ) for 35-40 minutes.
- In another bowl beat egg whites with sugar, add in egg yolks one by one and mix it again, sift the flour with cocoa powder into it and mix carefully.
- Pour it onto the cake and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
