Pudding apple cake: a delicacy that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

10 tbsp sugar ( for syrup )

8 eggs

1 liter of milk

200 g sugar

2 tsp vanilla

6 apples

50 ml of water

20 g butter

1 tsp cinnamon

For the biscuit:

4 eggs

40 g sugar

25 g flour

15 g cocoa powder

METHOD

In a saucepan add sugar and melt it. Pour it into the pan for cake. In another pan add butter, sliced apples and cinnamon.
Transfer apples to the pan for cake. In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and vanilla, add in milk and beat again. Pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake at 180 ' C ( 356 ' F ) for 35-40 minutes.
In another bowl beat egg whites with sugar, add in egg yolks one by one and mix it again, sift the flour with cocoa powder into it and mix carefully.
Pour it onto the cake and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
