Puff pastry apple tart: the delicious dessert that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
4-5 apples
1 roll of puff pastry
30g (2 tbsp) of cold butter
50g (3 tbsp) of sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
60g (3 tbsp) of apricot jam

METHOD
1. Peel, core, and slice the apples thinly.
2. Make a cut ⅔ way deep into the puff pastry following the perimeter 2 cm from the edge.
3. Layer apple slices on top of the dough.
4. Mix sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the apples.
5. Brush the apples with warm apricot jam and finally top them with some cold butter.
6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
