Quick apple puff pastries: the delicious treat to try right away!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
2 organic apples
2 teaspoons of brown sugar (you can increase the amount)
Ground cinnamon (as needed)
Powdered sugar for dusting (as needed)
METHOD
1. After washing the apples well, cut them into cubes and cook them in a pan with brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut out circles, make horizontal cuts on one half of each circle, then fold it over itself.
3. Place a teaspoon of filling on the uncut side of the pastry.
4. Take the two edges and bring them towards the base, forming a filled triangle, seal well and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
