3 easy recipes with puff pastry that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
2 rolls of puff pastry
Egg for egg wash
Poppy seeds
Cream cheese
Arugula
Smoked salmon
Lettuce leaves
Ham
Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
1. Unroll the first puff pastry on the cutting board and cut the pastry with the mold. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
2. Brush the pastries with the egg and sprinkle with only round poppy seeds. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 15 minutes.
3. unroll the round puff pastry on the working surface for the second version and cut it into triangles. Make the croissants shape.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush with egg. Bake in oven at 190°C/374°F for 15 minutes.
5. For the first version - cut in half the round shapes, spread cream cheese and arrange arugula and smoked salmon. Decorate with cream cheese and add pierce with the stick.
6. For the second version, cut the square shapes in half, spread the cream cheese, and arrange lettuce leaves and ham. Pierce the cherry tomato and pierce the pastry.
7. For the third version - cut in half croissants, spread the cream cheese, arugula and smoked salmon, and pierce with the stick.
8. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
