Parmesan cannoli: a delicious appetizer everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
for about 10 cannoli
250g of parmesan cheese
400g of ricotta
70g of hazelnut grains
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chives to taste
Shredded pistachios to taste
METHOD
1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
2. Spread one tablespoon of Parmesan cheese per waffle and spread it slightly.
3. Bake at 180°C/356°F for about 5 minutes.
4. Then wrap the still hot waffles in the cannoli moulds and let cool.
5. Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta, salt, pepper, chives and hazelnut grains.
6. Fill each cannoli with the stuffing and pass the sides into the shredded pistachio.
