Milk pudding cakes: an easy treat for the whole family!

Pour the cream into a glass and wait for the result!
INGREDIENTS

1l (5 cups) Milk
120g (1 cup) Flour
170g (3/4 cup) Sugar
30g (2 tbsp) Corn starch
15g (1 tbsp) Butter
4g (1 tsp) Vanilla sugar
Decoration:
Chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
- in a pot pour milk, add sugar, flour, starch and mix.
- Put the pot on a hot plate. Mix it until it thickens. Add butter and vanilla and whisk it.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and leave it to cool.
- Remove the mixture from glasses and cut them into half. Roll every half into chopped hazelnuts.
- Put some melted chocolate on top of the cakes and serve them.
