Milk pudding cakes: an easy treat for the whole family!

Pour the cream into a glass and wait for the result!

INGREDIENTS

1l (5 cups) Milk

120g (1 cup) Flour

170g (3/4 cup) Sugar

30g (2 tbsp) Corn starch

15g (1 tbsp) Butter

4g (1 tsp) Vanilla sugar

Decoration:

Chocolate

Chopped hazelnuts

METHOD

in a pot pour milk, add sugar, flour, starch and mix.
Put the pot on a hot plate. Mix it until it thickens. Add butter and vanilla and whisk it.
Pour the mixture into glasses and leave it to cool.
Remove the mixture from glasses and cut them into half. Roll every half into chopped hazelnuts.
Put some melted chocolate on top of the cakes and serve them.
