Cookies and pudding cake: the perfect treat for the holidays!

You only need a few ingredients to make a rich and beautiful dessert in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) cracker cookies
180g (1 1/2 cup) crushed roasted peanuts
Cream:
720ml (3 cups) milk
3 eggs
250g (1 1/2 cup) sugar
70g (1/2 cup) flour
80g (1/2 cup) butter
100g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
100g (1/2 cup) white chocolate
Glaze:
100g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter
Decoration:
100g (1 cup) crushed roasted peanuts
20g (2 tbsp) dark chocolate
METHOD
- For the cream: In a bowl put the eggs and add sugar. Mix it and add half of the milk and flour. Mix it well and pour it into a pot. Add the rest of the milk. Cook it until it gets thick. Add butter and mix. Divide this mixture into two halves. In one half add dark chocolate and in the other add white chocolate. Mix each.
- On a plate, place the cracker cookies. Add dark chocolate cream, spread it and add crushed peanuts. Add another layer of dark chocolate cream, place the crackers and once again the dark chocolate layer. Put the crushed peanuts and repeat everything but with white chocolate. On top add another layer of cracker cookies.
- For the glaze: In a bowl put the dark chocolate, milk and butter. Melt it together and pour it over the cake.
- Place the cake in the fridge for 6 hours.
- Coat the cake with the remaining dark chocolate cream, on the side.
- Decorate the cake with crushed peanuts on the side and melted chocolate on top. Serve.
