Sweet brioche tacos: how to make a special treat in a few steps!

Just a few ingredients to make a sweet treat that everyone will love! 

INGREDIENTS
500 gr flour
250 gt water
1 whole egg + 1 yolk
80 gr sugar
60 gr oil
10 g Fresh brewer's yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 lemon  
 
For the Quick Pastry Cream:
2 egg yolks,
60 gr sugar,
40 gr Corn starch,
450 gr Milk Vanilla
 
METHOD
  1. Combine water and fresh yeast, leave for 15 minutes. Add sugar, 1 egg yolk + 1 egg, salt and mix in a 500 g flour mix with 60 g of oil during mixing and one lemon peel. Blend in the fine dough. Leave to stand for 2h.
  2. Roll out the dough to 1.5 cm, round out 12 cm circumference circles, 8-10 circles. Oil baking paper, oil the circles, fold, coat with egg white and lemon peel, cover with foil for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake 180 degrees, 25 minutes.
  4. Fill with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
