Sweet brioche tacos: how to make a special treat in a few steps!

Just a few ingredients to make a sweet treat that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

500 gr flour
250 gt water
1 whole egg + 1 yolk
80 gr sugar
60 gr oil
10 g Fresh brewer's yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 lemon
For the Quick Pastry Cream:
2 egg yolks,
60 gr sugar,
40 gr Corn starch,
450 gr Milk Vanilla
METHOD
- Combine water and fresh yeast, leave for 15 minutes. Add sugar, 1 egg yolk + 1 egg, salt and mix in a 500 g flour mix with 60 g of oil during mixing and one lemon peel. Blend in the fine dough. Leave to stand for 2h.
- Roll out the dough to 1.5 cm, round out 12 cm circumference circles, 8-10 circles. Oil baking paper, oil the circles, fold, coat with egg white and lemon peel, cover with foil for 15 minutes.
- Bake 180 degrees, 25 minutes.
- Fill with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
