Apples jam: how to make it in a few steps!

How to make the best homemade apple jam!

INGREDIENTS
2kg of apple
600g (3 cups) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of water
Bread
Butter

METHOD
  1. Clean the middle of the apple and cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a pan add the water and add the previously cut apple cubes. Cover with a lid a cook until the apples are soft.
  3. Mix the apples with an immersion blender until soft. Sift the apple mixture and transfer it to the pan.
  4. Add the sugar and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
  5. Transfer the jam to the jars. Cover the jars with a lid and turn them over to create a vacuum.
